About Sandra Enders,
LPC, LADC
Licensed Professional Counselor and License in Alcohol & Drug Counseling
Founder of Transpersonal Perspectives
Hi, I’m Sandra — but, most people call me Sandy.
I’m a Connecticut-based therapist and founder of Transpersonal Perspectives, where I help clients navigate trauma healing, spiritual emergence, and personal transformation through a blend of transpersonal, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies.
Before I became a therapist, I spent decades in business and higher education—over 40 years guiding growth in boardrooms and classrooms. My work now centers on something even more personal: helping people find meaning, safety, and clarity when life feels disorienting or unexplainable.
I hold seven academic degrees in counseling, psychology, business, and political science. I’ve taught in the social and behavioral sciences for over 20 years, and I’ve trained extensively in trauma therapy, energy psychology, and psychedelic-assisted integration. My approach is rooted in transpersonal therapy, which means I see you as a whole person—not a diagnosis.
Raised in the Catholic tradition, I now embrace a broader and more inclusive spiritual framework. I understand what it means to question long-held beliefs, to feel both awe and confusion after spiritual experiences, or to wonder if what you’re going through is a breakdown… or a breakthrough.
Whether you’re integrating a psychedelic journey, moving through grief, wrestling with religious trauma, or simply trying to make sense of something you can’t quite name—I offer therapy that honors both science and soul. This is non-pathologizing work. You don’t need to justify what you’ve experienced to be believed.
Clients often come to me when they feel like no one else quite “gets it.”
Maybe your experience doesn’t fit neatly into traditional therapy models. Maybe you’ve felt dismissed, over-explained, or even spiritual-bypassed. I offer something different: a steady, intuitive presence and a safe container for exploration.

I work with adults in Connecticut and beyond, offering both in-person and online therapy. My specialties include:

-
Spiritual emergence and awakening
-
Trauma recovery and integration
-
Support after challenging psychedelic experiences
-
Somatic and energy-based approaches
-
Faith transitions and existential exploration

If you’re looking for a therapist who welcomes your questions, honors your inner wisdom, and creates space for the mystery and the mess—I’d be honored to walk with you.
